Turkey Veggie Wraps

Ingredients
.5 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into strips.5 medium carrot, cut into strips or shredded.5 medium green pepper, cut into strips1/4 cup fat free italian dressing1/4 cup vegetable cream cheese2 whole wheat flour tortillas1/4 cup thinly sliced deli turkey.5 cup chopped fresh spinach
Directions
In a small plastic bag, combine cucumber, carrot, green pepper, and Italian dressing. Seal bag, turn to coat dressing; refrigerate for 2 hours.
Spread cream cheese over tortillas; top with turkey and spinach. Drain and discard dressing; place vegetables over spinach. Roll up. If desired, warm up wraps in the microwave before serving.
