Black Bean Soup

2 tbsp. oil (Grape Seed Oil)1 med. onion4 cans of black beans (organic and vegetarian)2 1/2 cups of chicken broth (Free Range organic)1 small can of diced tomatoes (about 1 3/4 cup of organic)1 tbsp of cumin
1. Put oil in pot on medium heat.
2. Chop onion and add to oil.
3. Cook until onions are soft.
4. Throw in tomatoes, cumin, puree chicken broth, 2 can of beans in a blender.
5. Add in pot.
6. Put remaining 2 cans of beans in pot.
