Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 3 cups-cookedMonterey Cheese, .25 cup, shredded Colby Cheese, .25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Sour Cream, .5 cup Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 2 tbsp Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings
1. boil pasta until al dente, drain but do not rinse
2. mix pasta with sour cream, salt and pepper
3. mix in cheddar cheese
4. spray glass baking dish with non-stick spray
5. spread pasta into dish and flatten
6. top with remaining cheese
7. slice butter over top
8. cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes on 350
9. remove foil and bake and additional 5-10 minutes

    This would have been good except for the insane amount of pepper in the ingredients; my boyfriend and I threw it out because it was way too peppery. I would make this again, however, because I'm sure it would be really good with 3/4 less pepper. I should have trusted my insticts! - 11/11/07
