4 Eggs - hard boiledMiracle Whip (Light)salt and pepper to taste
Put eggs in pot of water and bring to a boil. Cover and let simmer for 15 min. Remove from pot, rinse with cold water. Let cool. Peel eggs. Separate whites from yolks. Mash yolk with spoon and mix in Miracle Whip and salt/pepper. Dice egg whites and gently stir in yolk mixture. Serve on bread as a sandwich or crackers as an appetizer.
