Chicken and Tomato Dinner with Rice

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast (cut into 1 inch pieces)1 green Bell Pepper1 jalapeno Pepper1/4 cup Olive Oil1/4 cup VinegarThyme to tasteRosemary to tasteChives to taste1 Tomato1 can of tomato Paste3 cups of white rice
Directions
Brown Chicken in Skillet with 1 tbs Olive Oil.
Put Tomato, Green Pepper, Jalapeno Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, rest of Oil, Vinegar, and Chives in Food Processor. Add to Chicken let cook. Add 1 can of Tomato Paste. Heat Through. Serve over Rice. Makes 5 Servings.
