Grilled Halibut with Pineapple salsa

Ingredients
Halibut fillet - 3ozLemon juice - 1/2 lemon worthsalt and pepper to tasteginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspgaram masala powder/curry powder/cayanne pepper/chilly flakes - 1/4 tsp(optional)For Salsa:2 Pineapple rings0.5 medium tomato1/2 onion/scallionsCucumber - 1/4 cupCheese - fat free - 1 slicelemon juice - 1/4 tspsalt to tasteoregano - 1/2 tspjalepenoes as per your taste needs
Directions
Marinate the Fillet with a mixture of (Lemon juice,ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and curry powder) for 10 mins. Grill the fillet in a grill pan sprayed with little oil/butter.

Salsa: Mix together pineapple chunks, tomato, onions, cucumbers, jalapenoes, shredded cheese, salt, lemon juice(optional),oregano. serve chilled or at room temperature along with the Halibut fillet.
