Butternut SquashOnionGranny Smith AppleExtra Light Olive OilTabatchnick Chicken BrothNutmegSaltPepper
Directions
Peel squash and cut into chunks. Peel onion and chop. Peel apple and slice.Saute onion in oil until soft. Add squash, apple and broth to large stock pot. Boil and cook until squash and apple are soft. Puree and season to taste.
