Pineapple Dump Cake

2 lbs. frozen pineapple1 dry yellow or white cake mix12 oz. diet sprite
put frozen fruit in bottom of cake pan. pour DRY cake mix over the fruit trying to spread evenly. Pour diet sprite over top trying to moisten the cake mix. DO NOT STIR. Bake covered at 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 40 minutes. Serves 6
