Low Sodium Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large, coarsely chopped*Campbell's low sodium tomato juice, 1 large bottleWater, tap, 2 cup*Pepper, white, to tasteArtificial Sweetener, to taste*Heinz White Vinegar, 3/4 of a cupOnions, raw, 1 medium, coarsely chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, bring to a boil and simmer for about 45 minutes. Cabbage and onions will wilt into the soup. Be careful with the white pepper -- it is potent! Makes about 8 servings.
