Simple Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
3/4 pound trimmed asparagus spears1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Toss the asparagus with the olive oil and lemon pepper. Put on a baking pan in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes. Check for doneness. The asparagus should be tender and starting to brown. Bake another 5-10 minutes, as necessary.
