Traditional Tapioca Pudding for a Large Crowd

Ingredients
14 C. milk7 eggs, well blended1 1/2 c. sugar1cup plus 2 T. tapioca granules1 1/2 T. Vanilla
Directions
mix all ingredients in a large pot except for the vanilla. Let stand for 20 minutes. Cook at medium heat until mixture boils. Remove from heat, add vanilla and cool. Serve warm or cold. Makes 32 1/2 cup servings.
