Carrot Pulp Crackers RAW

Ingredients
1 c. Carrot Pulp (from your juicer, not from the blender)2 T. Flax Seed1 T. Nutritional YeastSea Salt
Directions
Finly grind flax. Mix all ingredients in bowl (your hands work best). Roll or flatten dough and cut into 12 squares (add decoration, like holes, if you'd like). Sprinkle with salt.

Dehydrate until crispy.

Makes 12 crackers and the nutritional information is for each cracker.

    How did you find the calorie content for the carrot pulp? I want to use my vegetable pulp from my juicer more often, but still want to count the calories. - 2/1/12
