Chicken enchilada soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (weight is after trimming off all fat)1 15 oz can bush's black beans 1 15 oz can hunt's chili tomatoes1 10 oz can Roltel1 10 oz can old el paso enchilada sauce2 14 oz cans clear chicken broth 99% fat free1 15 oz can corn
Directions
Cut chicken into small bit size pieces, cook in pan over med heat until cooked.
Add all other ingredients to chicken in large pan and cook over med/low heat for about an hour. Stir as needed.

Makes about 9 - 1 1/2 cup servings

Can be garnished with seasoned tortilla strips, shredded cheese, or sour cream. These items are not included in the nutritional info.
