4 pieces of fish filletsalt and pepper to tastecreole seasoning to taste1 Tbl olive oil
Place fish fillets ( I used catfish) on plate. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Shake on the seaonings to your liking. When grill is ready place fish side down that you put seasonings on, then repeat on other side. I then closed lid on George Foreman. Flip fish after 4 min. even though the top has been down.
