Chocolate tofu pie

Ingredients
silken tofu-12 oz. block (cubed)unsweetened baking cocoa- 1/3 c.chocolate soy milk-1/4 c.Splenda sugar blend for baking-1/4 c.vanilla extract( or flavor of your choice)-1 tsp.graham cracker crust
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a food processor, thoroughly blend together all of the
ingredients ( except for the crust).
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust; Bake in 350 de-
gree oven for 30-40 minutes or until the top begins to "set".
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
