Lowfat Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 # Beef, round steak, Tomato Sauce 2 cups 8 Potato medium2 cups Green Beans canned2 cup Carrots, cooked1 medium zuccini peeled and seed removed1/2 cup Onions (chopped) 8 cups Vegetable Broth
Directions
Fry meat and onions until meat is brown and onions carmalized. Celery salt and pepper to taste. Add veggie broth and tomato sauce. Stir, then add potatoe's, green beans, carrots and zuccini. Cook on medium heat for an hour and simmer for the rest of the time. Enjoy
