Creamy Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 Sweet Potato (large enough to make 2 cups mashed)3/4 cup All Natural Cream Soup Base (Powder)1 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar 1/4 tsp Nutmeg (or Cumin)1 cup Water to mix the Cream Soup Base MixAlso enough water to boil potato in - will keep water and use 2 cups Sweet Potato water for Soup Recipe. Soup will thicken as it cools. Makes 4 - 1 cup servings... under 200 calories. Nice soup for a cool Autumn/Winter day.
Directions
Clean Sweet Potato - Do not peel
Boil whole in enough water to cover Potato - boil until tender.
Add 1 Tbsp of Brown Suggar to water as boils
Boial about 15 mins +
Remove Potato do not discard potato water - let potato cool and peel. Then mash.
Keep 2 cups of the boiled Potato/Brown Sugar water - set to side.
In meantime take 3/4 cup of the All Natural Cream Soup Base powder put into a separate bowl, add 1 cup of water and whisk together until smooth.

Add the mashed sweet potatoe back to the rapid boiling potato water and stir in the cream soup base mixture.... bring soup to a boil and then lower heat, continue to stir until nicely mixed. Remove from heat and add 1/4 tsp of Ground Nutmeg/Cumin.

Season to taste and serve
