Avocado-Basil Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 avocado1/4 cup fresh basil leaves1 clove garlicJuice of one or more limes1/8 cup olive oilSalt and freshly ground pepper.
Directions
Put all ingredients in a mini food processor or blender and purée until smooth; add a few drops of water if you like a thinner dressing. Add salt and peper to taste
