Chicken pot pie

Ingredients
2 lg chicken breasts2 T. olive oil1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped raw celery1 bag frozen mixed veggies1 cup baby carrots.5 cup flourWater 4 cups1 tube Grands Biscuits lowfat
Directions
Cut chicken breasts into 1" chunk pieces, place in heated pan with olive oil, add chopped onions, celery and cook til veggies are translucent. Add flour and mix into meat mixture, add 4 cups of cold water and mix well, stirring frequently until it boils. Then add the rest of the veggies, cutting potatoes into small chunks and bring mixture to a boil. After gravy thickens, put into Pam sprayed casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. At that time biscuits, laying a layer of biscuits over the whole pan and bake for 15 more minutes.
