Chili garlic prawns with rice

Ingredients
10 Raw Prawns3/4 tbsp butter1/2 tbsp oil3 cloves garlic2 tbsp sweet chili sauce1 tbsp red capsicum30 g low fat plain yoghurt1 cup white rice, medium grain
Directions
Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. When sizzling add garlic and the prawns and cook until pink. Add red capsicum and really any other finely chopped vegetables that you wish. Cook for about a minute. Put in the sweet chili sauce and stir. When this is done leave the pan on the stove but turn off the heat and stir in the yoghurt.
In a separate saucepan cook your rice until tender. Serve rice in a bowl and pour the prawn mixture over the top.
