Ingredients
4tsp Baking powder 3.5cup Flour 1.5tsp Cinnamon 1tsp Nutmeg1cup packed Brown Sugar1cup Milk 2 Egg1.25 cup Pumpkin puree(canned) 0.67 cup Canola OilMuffin FillingCream Cheese, 8 oz cut into 24-26 peicesStreusel topping:0.5 cup Walnuts chopped 0.5 cup Brown Sugar packed 2 Tbsp melted Butter1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
sift together dry ingredients, whisk together wet. mix ingredients. place batter in muffin cups(in tin) 1/2 full. add peice of cream cheese and top with batter.
Mix streusel topping and sprinkle over batter. bake at 375 for 20-22 minutes
