Ingredients:Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces (remove)Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)*Italian Sausage, pork, 2 link, 4/lb (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup (remove)
saute peppers and onion in oil; beat eggs and milk; stir in remainder of ingredients; chesses, salt and pepper. Add to skillet with peppers and onions; cover and cook over medium heat 7-10 miutes or until completely set. Cut into six wedges.
