Rapid Mix Cool Rise White Bread

Ingredients
Flour, white, 6 cupBrown Sugar, 2T packedSalt, 3.5 tspYeast, bakers, .75 ounce=3 packets.01c Canola oil (dash)Water, tap, 2 cup warm
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and butter using a dough hook attachment. (Speed 2) Gradually add water over the next couple minutes. Let the mixer continue for another two minutes until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap for 20min.

Divide in half. Roll out lightly, then roll up. (This is the "proper" way to form a loaf.) Place in sprayed loaf pans. Refrigerate two to twelve hours. Let stand at room temperature for ten minutes before baking at 400F for 35-40min.
