chicken salad, waldorf style

Ingredients
2 chicken thigh, cooked and chopped1 small apple1 medium stalk of celery2 tbs. of pecans2 tbs of light mayonnaise - I prefer the olive oil version
Directions
chop up everything and mix with mayonnaise. Makes two generous 1 cup servings.
