Country Blueberry Cobbler

1 C Organic White Spelt Flour15 Stevia packets 3/4 Cup Rice Dream Original2 tsp Baking Ppowder1/4 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt1 Tbsp melted butter w/canola oil2 16 oz. bags frozen blueberries1 tsp. cinnamon powder1/2 tsp ground ginger or grated ginger
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and salt until well blended. Add melted butter and mix. Pour in bottom of 8x8 greased pan (Organic Pam). Add frozen blueberries on top. Sprinkle cinnamon and ginger over blueberries.
Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 1 minutes or until edges are crispy. Wait 15 minutes to serve. Serve warm.
