Melissa's healthy pumpkin cookies

Ingredients
* *Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 15oz * Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tbsp * *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1.5 tsp * Granulated Sugar, 2/3cup * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked * Egg, fresh, 2 extra large * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup * Baking Soda, 2 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients, then add the next wet ingredients. Mix until blended. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 59 cookies.
