Bubble Pizza with Ground Turkey

1 can of Pillsbury Biscuits16 oz. of Cottage Cheese1 jar of Prego Heart Smart pasta sauce (1 lb 10 oz jar)1 small green pepper1 onion2 garlic cloves1 lb groung turkey
Preheat oven to 375.
1. Cook ground turkey in frying pan with a small amount of cooking spray to keep it from sticking.
2. Chop green pepper & 1/2 an onion, add to cooking turkey
3. Press 2 cloves of garlic and add to turkey and veggie mixture.
4. Put cooked turkey and veggies mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Spread cottage cheese over the top.
5. Cut biscuits into quarters and distribute over cottage cheese.
6. Spread pasta sauce over top of biscuits.
7. Cook for 45 +/- minutes.
8. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese for last few minutes.
