Yorkshire pudding

Ingredients
1 large egg3/8 cup flour3 ounces skim milkpinch of saltgrapeseed oil for tins so they do not stick
Directions
mix all ingredients together and place in refrigerator. Put a teaspoon or so of oil in metal cupcake tins or miniature pie plates. Place tins in oven to heat oil until hot. Then put mixture into tins in even amounts. cook 30 mins or until puffed up and golden brown at oven temp. of 350-400.
