Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup all purpose flour1/4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup soft margarine2 eggs1/3 cup hot water1 cup mashed bananas
Directions
Cream sugar and margarine and add in eggs, water and bananas. Add flour, baking powder and salt to the mixture. Mix well and pour into a baking dish. Bake in 350 degree F oven until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean (about 50 minutes). Let bread cool in pan on a rack for 10 minutes; then turn out onto rack to cool completely.
