Shortening, .33 cup Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup Baking Powder, .25 tsp *Flour, white, 1.75 cup Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Cloves, ground, .25 tsp Water, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Cream shortening and sugar
add eggs
add other ingredients in order and blend together
pour into muffin tins and muffin cups
makes about 18
