Mint Chocolate Brownies (from Betty Crocker site)

Base:Betty Crocker Brownie mix, preparedFilling3.5 c powdered sugar3 oz cream cheese1/4 c butter1/4 c whipping cream1/4 t mint extract4 drops green food coloring (not incl in nutr. value)Topping1 bag chocolate chips (12 oz)1/2 c butter1/2 c whipping cream
Prepare and cook brownies as directed on box.
Cool completely
Filling
Mix ingredients until smooth and thick
Spread on cooled brownies. Refridgerate 1 hr to set.
Top
Melt in saucepan on medium heat. Mix til smooth.
Let cool about 10 minutes, until lukewarm
Spread on top of filling. Refridgerate until set, about
1 hr.
Eat and enjoy - share, they are sooo good but sooo BAD!
