South American Squash Soup

Ingredients
10 oz tofu, cut into 1/2” cubes1 t oil1 large onion, diced1 small winter squash, peeled, seeded, chunked1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes1 cup Trader Joes roasted corn2.5 cups water.25 t dried marjoram.25 t dried thyme
Directions
Sauté tofu in a 3-quart saucepan in oil (and water as needed) until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Add onions to pan. Top with squash. Cover and cook over low heat until tender about 15 minutes. Add sautéed tofu and remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, until squash is tender about 15 minutes.
