Frozen Fruit Sherbert

Ingredients
2 c. skim milk2 c. frozen fruit or 1 10-oz. bag, thawed1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
In a food processor, combine skim milk, fruit and vanilla extract. Process until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a shallow dish or bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Freeze until firm.
Scoop into individual dishes and serve!!
