Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients
2 lbs shaved steak or other lean meat2 cups beef broth1 cup apple juice1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions
Saute two pounds of shaved steak in a skillet coated with nonstick spray. Once the pink is cooked out of the meat, add the liquids, and simmer, uncovered, until most of the liquid has evaporated or been absorbed. (This will take quite a while).

Serve with brown rice and sauteed green beans.
