Apple Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients
2 15 oz cans of pure pumpkin1/2 cup Splenda3 TBSP Splenda brown sugar blend1 TBSP Pumpkin Pie spice3 medium apples, cored and peeled (I used Granny Smith)1/2 cup water
Directions
Take your cored and peeled apples and place them in a food processor. Blend until they are finely chopped, but not pureed. Place in slow-cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on high setting for one hour, stirring occasionally. Turn down heat to low and cook for about 6 hours.

Yields about 3 cups. Serving size is 1 TBSP.
