Richards fluffy cake donuts

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour3/4 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp cinnamon3/4 cup rice milk2 eggs beaten1 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp shortening
Directions
preheat over 325. lightly grease your donut pan. mix in large bowel and fill each donut cup 3/4 full and bake for 10-12 min. Donuts are done when they spring back when you touch them. let cool before trying to remove from pan.
