12 oz flank steak1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp cayenne2 tsp packed brown sugar1 tsp granulated garlic1 tsp onion powder1 tbsp paprika
Directions
Mix spices, rub liberally on flank steak, let sit at least 5 minutes. Grill about 5-6 minutes each side. Cut across grain.
