*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cup, dry, yields Honey, 0.5 cup *Corn Oil, 0.25 cup Milk, nonfat, 1 cup almarai fresh laban skimmed, 1 cup Egg white, 2 serving Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Salt, 1 dash Raisins, 0.5 cup (not packed)
mix all wet ingredients in the blender ,mix well and add honey and vanilla then mix again
in a bowl shake flour , baking powder , baking soda and salt and add oats then mix them well
add wet mixture to dry one and stir well then add raisins
it makes 24 cupcackes use tbsp to fill
then bake them in hot oven at 180 c for 15 - 20 minutes
