French Country Chicken & Mushrooms

Ingredients
4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 pkg fresh sliced baby portabello mushrooms1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet1 tsp Herbs De Provence1 tbsp corn starchSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place frozen chicken breasts in a covered pan -- cook on low. Lots of liquid will be in pan as breast thaw. Once chicken is cooked through, mix cornstarch, Kitchen Bouquet and water and pour over chicken. Stir as sauce thickens. Add mushrooms and Herbs De Provence. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn over chicken and stir sauce occasionally until chicken is done. Serve over rice.
