Okra with Red Bell Pepper

Ingredients
2 medium onions chopped16 oz Frozen cut Okra 1 tbsp Olive oil1 large Fresh Red Bell pepper sliced1 tbsp cummin seeds2 tbsp mustard seeds10 gms tamarind soaked in .5 cup water pulped
Directions
Heat up the olive oil and when hot add mustard seeds. Cover with lid till they split and pop inside.
Add cumin seeds and saute onions.
Add cut Okra and Red bell pepper.
Stir and cook.
Sprinkle Coconut powder and add tamarind juice
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cook till done
