Whole Wheat Pear Pancakes

Ingredients
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1 Pear7 tsp Baking powder6 tsp Splenda2.5 Cups Skim milk2 Large eggs2 tbsp salt1.5 cups water
Directions
1. Peal pear and place in food processor. Process pear until chopped in to very small pieces.
2. Place all ingredients into a large bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients by hand until flour is moist.
4. Once flour is moist mix with a hand mixer until smooth.

This batter makes about 34 1/4 cup servings. It is also very thick. I often use water to bring the batter to the desired consistancy. My husband and I like them thin.
