Easy Chicken Veggie Chili

2 Large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/2" cubes or so1 can corn1 can diced tomatoes1 packet Vegetarian Chili Seasoning Packet1.5 cups cooked beans (a can of beans would work too)1 cup peas, frozenSunflower OilCuminOnion PowderAncho Chili Powder1 tsp Sugar1/4 cup water
Makes 5 servings
Heat oil in pan with a sprinkling of cumin, chili powder and onion powder. Add chicken. When about 1/2 cooked through add the sugar.
Once cooked through add tomatoes, water and seasoning packet. Mix well. Add peas, corn and beans.
Simmer for 5-15 minutes.
