Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
Dissolve mix into 2 tbsp of water, set aside. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat; add meat. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add celery, carrot, onion and green pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; stir-fry 1 minute longer. Stir in seasoning mixture. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens and meat and vegetables are coated with sauce.
