Low Fat Cheesy, Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup1 Can Cream of Celery Soup1 Can Nacho Cheese Soup15 oz Can of Chicken Broth15 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes1 Cup of Salsa 4.5 oz Can of Green Chilies1 onion chopped4 Garlic Cloves Chopped1 tspn red chili powder4 Chicken Breasts (Chopped)8 oz Mushrooms (optional)1 Can of Corn (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
I use the Healthy Request or 98% Fat Free soups if available.
You can dip tortilla chips in if desired.
Makes about 6 really healthy servings of my father's favorite soup.

    I opted not to use the garlic or the mushrooms. I did add a can of black beans tho, and this was fantastic! I even crumbled some tortillas over the top of our bowls. Hubby went back for 3rds! Thanks for sharing! - 7/30/11
