Ingredients
1 Box (1 oz) Jello Sugar Free - Fat Free Instant Pudding, Cheesecake1.5 Cups Skim Milk1 Can (15 oz) Solid Pack Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste
Directions
Mix the Cheesecake flavored pudding with the milk. Stir in the whole can of pumpkin and spice to flavor. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each.

    This was really good, but next time I think I will add 1/2 can of pumpkin. I also crushed some graham crackers and sprinkled on top. A little dollop of Cool Whip would be good too! I calculated the 1 c. serving size w/graham cracker to be 150 calories. - 1/5/10
