Ingredients
Lentils Red peppers local ontario all!OnionsCarrots4 cup water Total cooked volume approx. 7 cups
Directions
pre-soaked lentils for 8 hours or
add lentils to water bring to boil
cover and let simmer 10 minutes
then take off burner and let stand for 1 hour
drain and rinse
add 4 cups water and add chopped veggies
cook until tender 20 minutes approx
blend little or however you like
