Acai energy pie - larger size

Ingredients
1 packet Acai Natural Energy Boost powder1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin1/4 C. boiling water1 8oz container Cool Whip Light (fat free, sugar free)1 4oz container Activia peach sugar-free yogurt4 oz. Plain greek yogurt1 package (12 cookies) sugar-free oatmeal cookies1.5 Tbsp margerine, melted
Directions
Crumble cookies and mix with melted margarine, then press into pie plate. Bake at 400F for 7 - 9 minutes to set the crust, then set aside to cool.

Boil 1/2 cup water and add to 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin. Stir thoroughly and set aside to cool a little.

In mixer or food processor, mix all remaining ingredients thoroughly, then drizzle in gelatin and water, while continuing to mix. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for 4 hours. Cut and serve.
