    Great idea and a super source of protein in the morning. I varied it a bit, though. 2 egg whites and a whole egg, 1 1/2 ounces of chicken and 1/2 of an Italian tomato. Also, used .8 ounces of gouda cheese. Thanks. - 12/20/08
