Granny Smith Spinach Salad

Ingredients
10 oz fresh spinach leaves1/4 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled (I use Hormel bacon bits or pieces)½ cup slivered almonds1 Granny Smith apple, chopped1/4 small red onion3 TBSP Cider Vinegar1/3 cup EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)¼ cup sugar¼ tsp salt
Directions
Toss spinach leaves, bacon, almonds and apple.

Dressing: blend onion, vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt.

Toss salad with dressing just before serving.

Makes 10 servings servings
