Quick Spanish rice with beans

Ingredients
4tbsp salsa (any kind)4 servings (read package) brown rice1 tbsp sour cream1\8 cup cheddar (or your fav shredded cheese)1 can kidney beans
Directions
Cook rice as per directions on box

Turn off burner when finished & add all other ingredients

Stir well & serve

Makes 4 servings (I went by # of servings of rice, you can cut it down to cut calories & it's pretty filling).
